The main difference is that You are the leader of your journey of change. This translates in a regularly revised agreement to explore how to move forward using a variety of strategies. This can happen in one individual session or in a series.

  • All you need is to know that you want to change something or have the feeling that things are not exactly how you would like them to be. If you are able to keep an open mind and/or stay curious; contact us for an explorative call.
